Part of the first phase of Lend Lease’s Elephant Park Masterplan, replacing the Heygate Estate in Elephant and Castle, London. Eurban delivered the superstructure of 31 three-storey townhouses, of which 15 are ‘Futurehome’ Passivhaus houses – the first of their kind to be built in Zone 1.
