A two storey extension to Histon and Impington Junior School located within the heart of the Histon village. The extension includes 12 new classrooms and a sports hall. It will enable the school to become a three-form entry, 630 place, primary school for ages 4 to 11. The existing junior school remained open for the duration of the build and so is was essential to minimise any disruption to teaching and learning. The new structure is located on a central area on site in order to avoid proximity issues with bordering houses and a Conservation Area.
