A new roof extension comprising a series of prefabricated cross-laminated timber studios.
De Beauvoir Block consists of 33 work spaces within six Victorian warehouses in London. The spaces are intended to support creative professionals in a co-working environment and are used primarily as offices and studios. The project is located within a Conservation Area to the west of De Beauvoir Square, and won the RIBA London Award in 2018.
