Roundhouse Works is a new creative centre for young people in London, designed by Paddy Dillon and Reed Watts Architects. The facility supports young people in developing their creative careers and includes a large music studio, a circus and performance studio, a multi-use workshop studio, and a podcast studio. Emphasizing sustainability, the building uses cross-laminated timber to sequester over 250 tonnes of CO2. Roundhouse Works has earned the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ sustainability accreditation, placing it in the top 10% of new UK non-domestic buildings.
