This large exhibition hall was built as a new entrance to Hereford College of Arts.
The double-height space houses a café, administration and exhibition space, while also serving as a social hub for students.
The mass timber building uses natural light and ventilation as part of its sustainable strategy. The project was shortlisted for the 2012 Wood Awards in the structural category, and received the Bronze 2014 Green Apple Sustainability Award.
